Class 100,000 clean room layup and Autoclave cure of structures up to 30 feet in length

Nammo CS performs layup of preimpregnated aramid, carbon, glass, and astroquartz fabrics for oven cure and autoclave cure. Our two autoclaves are large enough to cover most applications, at sizes of 35’ by 5’ and 22’ by 6’ respectively. In cases where cycle times are a problem, Nammo CS can perform an affordable bladder molding process. When precise control of thickness is critical, resin transfer molding of prepregs can yield net-shape composite structures, with or without foam core.
